Linda has served on various boards as a board officer and as a parent representative. As a parent leader, she is currently involved with the California Family Resource Association, Family Resource Centers Network of California, and the California Interagency Coordination Council under Part C of IDEA. She has worked as Content Consultant for the California Department of Education's publication “Special EDge” Newsletter. She is also involved in the Partners in Policymaking California Collaborative implementing the nationally recognized advocacy training program for families and self advocates: Partners in Policymaking. She brings all of her experience and skills with her as she strives to build bridges between the Down syndrome community and other organizations.
