Below we have compiled resources for getting your child ready to go back to school. Please know this is not an exhaustive list and not every suggestion will work for every student.
To use the templates please follow these steps:
- Click the template you wish to use
- Once the document opens click “File” and then click “Make a Copy”
- After the copy has been made you will be able to rename and edit it as you wish!

This document contains the values and beliefs Club 21 holds regarding education. You can show this to educators at your child’s school or any other service providers who may benefit from having it as a resource.

This letter template is here to help you begin introducing your child to other parents and children in their classes.

In this template you will find a very basic overview of the IEP document that you can fill out to prepare you for the IEP process.
