Acknowledgment

Membership fee for 2020 is $55. Membership is renewed every January. The intent of this membership portal and the minimal fee is to provide information and resources to as many families as possible. To make that happen, Club 21 will partner with individuals, educators and companies from near and far. To continue to do this important work, it is necessary that every member honor that these resources are for members only and that they will not share the content outside their household. By checking each of the boxes below and submitting your e-signature, you agree to the following terms:

I understand the content provided by Club 21 in the member portal is for the exclusive use of Club 21 members;
I understand I must have an active membership with Club 21 in order to be granted access to the Club 21 member portal. I understand the original Club 21 content is the property of Club 21 and I will not share the content or solicit the content as my own.
I agree I will not share my membership credentials with anyone outside of my immediate household. I will immediately contact Club 21 if my ID or password is lost or stolen.
I understand the tools and resources provided on the member portal are educational resources and are not meant to replace my child's traditional education system.
I understand some of the content in the Club 21 portal is from a third party and does not necessarily represent Club 21’s views, opinions or recommendations.
I will be a responsible citizen in the Club 21 online community and will abide by Club 21’s rules and regulations for posting comments and sharing information.
I understand Club 21 has the right to remove any comment or content that it finds inappropriate for the site.
