This week we have witnessed such tragedy and loss. So many are experiencing fear and anxiety over the unknown. But, we have also seen bravery, kindness, and generosity. What has rung true all week is that our hearts have expanded and our humanity and connection with one another is strong. At Club 21, we keep saying that “Together is Better!“ and it really is! Community is how we gain the strength and courage to move forward. 

So many of you have reached out to see how you can help families in need and we clearly have some families with some serious needs. We are in touch with families daily and the current request is for gift cards. If you would like to offer support, you may purchase gift cards to any grocery store/Trader Joes/Target/Walmart/Amazon/Gasoline/VISA (please identify how much).

SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES:

1. Send gift cards electronically to care@clubtwentyone.org  

2. Deliver gift cards to the Club 21 office at 847 Santa Barbara Street, Pasadena, CA 91101

3. Bring gift cards to February Second Saturday on February 8th.

To be clear, these are NOT donations to Club 21 and are NOT tax deductible. The gift cards will be distributed directly to the individuals in our community who have experienced loss due to the Los Angeles County fires. We will continue to look for ways we can support our community and will keep you updated.
